Question about assisting someone who with LE flag

If person A is assisting to B with capacity transfer mod,

when B duel with C,

1. would A lose the locking on B?

1.1 If yes, if A still wanna cap transfer to B, would A get suspect flag?

1.2 If no, would A get suspect flag automatically?

Nope, you don't lose your lock.
2 options:
- your security switchers(SSw) are green - your module stops working
- your SSw are yellow/red - you get suspect and continue assisting

yep, you need to switch your SSw into yellow/red to continue and go into SUSPECT

nope

and one more note: when LE and aggro-timer finished and you only have log-off timer in some cases remote assist will be inaccessible without getting into SUSPECT. Example: your chars in FW and one of them has off-war second char doesn't have.
