I'm afraid that I'm not entirely sure what you're asking here, sir. Are you asking whether I offered to fly him to his post as compared to him requesting it of me?

I guess I can cross Caldari space off for the Grandparent's retirement home.

Wait, you want to send your grandparents away when they retire? Why would you want to do such a thing?

Because I can't be there every hour of every day yet make money to feed us. We sometimes send them to a 'home' where they can be social, have fun events, and get the 24/7 medical care they need. Otherwise we keep them in the family; that is if they are good people and the family likes them. The story changes when abuse, bad blood, and other domestic issues come up.

You are a capsuleer.

A single ISK is worth an enormous amount of planetary currency. I can buy slaves locally for 400 ISK each ( including a cargo hold stasis box for transport ), even at inflated Kingdom prices.

Surely you can afford to take better care of your relatives, even in that pesthole you call the Federation?

Go mine some veldspar for a day, and hire your grandparents some servants.

First off, she asked the custom as a whole. Two, what makes you think the isk I gather doesn't go to giving them the best that I can? Three even a capsuleer can't stay close to home everyday; which still makes the point of needing medical helpers and a 'home' where they can be there in a split second.

Your attempts to insult were funny at least.

Only when the Caldari presence is excised from Luminaire can the two empires ever reach any sort of peace.

Luminaire VII ceased to be a Caldari world when the Caldari abandoned it. Move on.

I believe the past, what, two hundred years? and solemn promise to return very much proves that peace certainly cannot exist until the Federation renounces its claims on our homeworld. History will simply repeat itself over and over until then.

That is more-or-less what I'm asking, yes. Specifically, who came up with the idea to fly him and his wife - unless I have mistaken your tale - to Luminaire so he might salute his former CO one last time before he was killed along with his loved one.

So this was not autobiographical, but rather explaining Federation custom?

This did not apply to you personally?

I apologize for subjecting you to undeserved criticism.

I'm glad to hear of the Admiral's return. Perhaps the people of the State can finally see justice for the crimes committed against them in the past. If the local nullsec pirates happen to be particularly inattentive today, I might even be able to witness - or aid in - the administering of said justice, which I hope will be suitable to the crime (that is to say, harsh, vicious, and unremorseful).

tweeten

One day they woke me up so I could live forever

It's such a shame the same will never happen to you

I see, sir, thank you.

He spoke of his desire, I offered to help him fulfill it. He accepted.

He and I travelled together, his wife passed away three years ago. I am certain that she was with him, though.

You speak of vengeance, not justice. I do not deny that wrongs have been committed, though I insist that they have been committed by both sides of this blood-stained field, pursuing vengeance in this manner will only result in more suffering. Not justice.
