Very nice character; comes with bonus capital ship construction skills! ;) Missing logi V, and therefore triage, lowering carrier effectiveness even if an excellent *super*carrier pilot.

I'll start you off with a deserved 30b bid, and keeping an eye on this thread.

Thanks. It is rare on these forums to get such a well thought critique. I have started training logi V to compensate. Thanks also for the opening bid. Lets see where this goes.
