James315 isnt going far enough

Why?

I mean, they've made it so that miners basically can't be touched any other way. We used to wardec them. They made disbanding or mass-dropping from corp is no longer verboten. We moved to suicide ganking them. They vastly increased the barge EHP. It looks like the only way CCP wants us to effect miners is by bumping our ships into their ships.

Why should miners be immune to interactive gameplay in a game where that's a keystone of the entire concept. EvE literally means Everybody vs. Everybody.

Indeed. Shooting resource-gathering ships that don't shoot back is the absolute pinnacle of emergent gameplay.

It is unfortunate that miners make it needfull for us to shoot them.

So much bloodshed and waste can be avoided by paying for an incredibly cheap 10m ISK/year permit.

I find it slightly amusing that in this thread, the people saying that James 315 and his ilk are bad have more "likes" than the actual group does. I mean, I'm not saying carebears should be safe, but it's kind of funny that I have more likes than the OP.

Leadership is something you learn. Maybe one day, you'll learn that.

@ OP,

That's the most pathetic thing I've heard all week! I'm a noob mylsef and can tell you right now that it's hard enough to get into this game as it is.

Seriously, what would you have to gain out of this?

It's a sure way to get noobs to revoke their subsciptions before they even get a chance have a proper go at Eve Online.

However, good luck with your future endeavours though. If you go ahead with this, I don't think it will be too long before we see moar account bans. There's no way CCP would support this.

Yeah that was really disappointing, but I can't say I'm surprised & he does have some valid points. In my opinion the best way to advocate change is to be on the CSM, not posting about it on 3rd party websites.
