should cyno jammers have iff system

should a cyno jammer have a iff system to allow caps to jump in and a password for friendlies like a starbade shield does.

spies could jump enemy fleets in so there's a drawback

and can only jump to starbase cyno generators

youd be very careful who in your corp/alliance who had thr starbase Iff role Twisted

Not sure what you mean with the "IFF" thing (IIRC, there's not a skill or role that shortens to "IFF")
