Question is, when a jump freighter jumps to one players cyno field, How long is the cool down before they can jump again.
Ex: 2 cyno fields up in different systems, the jump freighter jumps to one and wants to jump to the other, how long will they have to wait or can he jump again immediately ?

There's not really a cooldown on jumping, but once you engage the cyno the ship doing the cynosural field generation can't move or activate any other modules for the cyno's cooldown, i.e. 5-10 minutes depending.

So you can go through as fast as you want if you have cyno generators at each point you want to jump to, but if you've only got the one generator you'll be waiting around a bit while your target ship finishes its cycle and repositions.

also keep in mind that jumping requires you to have near full capacitor as it uses quite a bit, so you have to take into account capacitor charge time on the capital ship off you didn't jump within docking range of a station where you can insta charge cap. also beware of jumping too close to a station and being flung out into space where your now a giant shiny pinata for the locals to bat at

If you have 2 cynos up in two different locations in a chain...

All that restricts your Jump Freighter is capacitor power. Once you get to 72% or higher you are ready to jump again. This is one of the reasons JF dock up before jumping again (to have their capacitor recharged).

As mentioned. Your capacitor is your cooldown.

If you jump to a station (which is highly advice due to safety reasons) you can get insta recharge by docking.

Or jumping in over a pos and then warping to station, so you don't run the risk of being out of docking range, nor the risk of being flung far from it.
The pos defenses are your defense, but you can still get killed if they wish to brave the weapons (this may also involved dying on any properly defended pos).

Pos defences mean jack **** to a sieged dread blapping your JF.
And a proper placed cyno wont make you bounce. If you do bounce....the cyno is not in the place it should be, being a capital pilot for over 1.5 year myself and never bounced of stations with any of them.

This is true :)

Edit: The MWD battleship bump freighter into forcefield trick is a great way to avoid those though

Just cyno in on a station within its docking range and there is about 0 probability you get in trouble. A cyno anywhere else just increases chances things go wrong.

^^ This.... When you jump in... you have 60 seconds of invlunerability where you cannot be targeted by an enemy (unless you break that invulnerability). If you cyno within dock range of a station, you just load grid, wait out the 10 second session change timer, and dock... It's very unlikely anyone can harm you during this period... The biggest danger is bumping off the station when you cyno in, but an appropriately placed cyno will easily prevent this.

If you cyno anywhere else, the chances of things going wrong increase substantially... For a JF kill, people will often use stealth bombers, Arazu's, and other cloaky ships to tackle you and cyno in caps or supercaps to destroy your ship... It happens quite often, and even a deathstar POS generally won't stop it....
