You're probably right that CONCORD will not intervene, but that doesn't make the argument that the Yulai Conventions are being breached invalid. Clearly space borne forces are being deployed to the surface of Caldari Prime, in breach of treaty. Pointing out that both sides are violating its stipulations seems to make the case for DED to act even more compelling from where I stand.


Perhaps I'm missing something, but how is it a breach of treaty for Caldari forces to be deployed on a Caldari planet? CONCORD has clearly stated very *plainly that they do not see any violations and that they will not intervene until someone hears the shout of a Doomsday weapon.
