Currently only warp scramblers are able to disable MJD usage. Makes only sense to allow HICs with Script loaded to do the same :)

I'm not sure he was saying that it's broken, but I too believe that if I can point a super capital with my focused point, I should be able to stop a micro-jump from functioning.

why does it "only make sense" to allow the HIC to do that? HICs dont turn off Micro-Warp Drives, why should they turn off Micro-Jump Drives?

This mod is one of the boosts that battleships needed to be less than useless, especially blaster battleships; before they were never able to get in range, now something has to come in range of them in order to keep them from just running away.

Your HIC has a scram, use that.

No, this suggestion makes no sense at all... if you want to disable a MJD fit a scram

If you want a long point to stop MJD change ships to one that has a bonus for scram range instead.

You have Arazu and Lachesis. Heavy dictors are not supposed to be catch-all pwn-mobiles.

Even I know that Battleships need an ace up their sleeve and as previously stated blaster battleships and any other brawling Bs, because while sniper Bses can usually Ecm drone their way out of close range, trouble a brawler like the mega would've been Sol if a sniper encountered it (and if said sniper had an interceptor buddy)

No it shouldn't. That would make it too much Super.
