I'm not sure I follow! It would cost (at the time of writing this) 4,948,000,000 ISK (4948M) to purchase the remaining 2474 tickets. There are 5000 tickets in total; half had already been sold when this went up :).

Buying a lot of tickets means you're buying a lot of chances. Each ticket offers you the chance to win 1 prize with that ticket.
