We are horrified by the reports of death squads in the Gallente/Caldari frontier. We invite all interested parties to the chat channel, Joint Civil Defense Authority, to assemble the space and ground communications and response forces necessary to neutralize any organization, whether they be Gallente, or otherwise, that threatens planetary civilian populations with flagrant acts of violence.

We must make a stand to defend the innocent inhabitabts of these planets, whose only crime was to make their livelyhoods on these remote and dangerous worlds, to make ends meet for their families and expand the borders of civilization.

On behalf of the Villore Accords, I hereby petition the Federal Supreme Court for a Writ of Mandamus against any rogue Federal agents participating in these atrocities, making them valid targets for immediate action by FDU capsuleer organizations.

We also petition the CONCORD Assembly Inner Circle for authorization to pursue any participants in planetary atrocities in the area covered by the Gallente-Caldari Militia War Powers Act as warcriminals, using any force deemed necessary by CONCORD-recognized Capsuleer organizations.

Apparently 102 story office towers constitute fair game for the Gallente these days. Less than half of those 800 deaths were Caldari officials. The rest were in the adjacent building, I would guess.

Rather large buildings. The lateness of the hour did keep the death toll down below thousands.

Perhaps they can explain their rationale to the families of the innocent dead?
