To give some love to the under-used ships I would offer a suggestion for the following points reductions.

Navy (Non-Pirate) BS - 19
Battleship / Black Ops - 16
HACs - 11
HIC - 10
Stealth Bombers - 5
T1 Industrial - 2

And to spice things up
T2 Industrial - 4
Buhhdust Princess
Mind Games.
Suddenly Spaceships.

I'd also like to see some love for the Navy BS' etc, alot of them are vastly underestimated.
