Currently polishing off the navigation skills, will be done before transfer.

No killrights

Fairly neutral faction standings

+ 3 implants including genolution set, no charisma implant.

Remapped for perception and willpower, next remap available in 6 months.

Can fly a tengu with about 600dps with heavy missiles and T2 modules. So tried and tested, definitely tengu ready.
