What one person feels and sees is half the picture. If you feel offended, i do apologize. I'm shocked that ccp hasn't done anything yet.

Sorry, I was just really peeved at CCP.
I don't understand the point of holding up the transfer for ten hours if that ten hours isn't meant to allow fixes to transactions.
Else they should bloddy well just transfer immediately, so I'm not locked out of performing another transfer while one is already going. The other problem is, there are no details on the final screen, like you are transferring $TOONNAME, it just says 'character transfer' its only on the first screen, if the toon name was listed on the final confirm payment screen I would have fixed it up, basically its the first screen and the email, when I got the email I was like OMG, FARK FARK FARK, but it says, log a petition if this is not meant to happen, log a petition and noone at CCP responds, WTF!.. Typical CCP...

I was hoping you would offer me some time so I could get them to fix the problem, I know it was my fault, but its the principle, CCP just dont understand customer service.
Its like, they get your money and license you to use their game, and fark you if you want to get support. I get better support 24/7 from godaddy.com and they only get $8 per year per domain name, work with tiny margins and have to support a whole lot of DNS infrastructure and web servers. Really annoys me that CCP works like this.

Anyhow, looks like you have the toon, sorry it took so long.
