Gallente and Caldari AF both have very high kinetic resists, so even if they can't chase the Condor of they can easily tank it especially if they run an active tank.

On frigate level currently Caldari and Gallente are cleary OP.
Caldari because of many med slots and the range of missiles making them the top kiting platforms.
Gallente simply because of their crazy raw DPS due to blasters and drones making them the top brawling platforms.

Do you know what kind of range the wolf gets with barrage? Both of those would get utterly dumped on by a proper wolf..

w/o TE something like 1+15

meaning at 9 km a breacher can tank your 120/140dps until it ran out of charges
and a TD slashes just cut your range and your dps
plus both of them can run awy at will

A breacher at 9 km could probably tank until it runs out of charges.. But that will happen way way way before it kills the wolf, breacher has pretty **** dps itself.

Also a slasher does less dps than the wolf at range even with the TD... and has no tank..

I'll give you that the breacher could prolly disengage and **** off with some skill but the slasher is doubtful.

If you don't know the differences between these ships I'd suggest you start at something a bit less expensive and less specialized.

How about a nice slasher, thrasher, or rupture?

Yeah. That's if it's fit with missiles. And if he brings FOF missiles. Don't see too many of those around. Still, I'll give that to ya. The Hawk is basically the most overpowered assault ship right now though, so Idunno. Being able to chase away a Condor isn't saying much. Still, you're right.

That's another big if. And even if you do get the lock, I don't think it's guaranteed that your Warriors can keep up with a Condor and kill it at the same time.

I can make up an unlikely scenario as well, however. Let's say a Howitzer Wolf locks your Condor before you lock the Wolf. Boom. Done.

But it isn't that likely. I don't think the main problem here is being able to fend off a Condor or not, but the real problem is you just don't want to be tackled by one. Everyone flies with backup, and being stuck in space with a Condor orbiting is always bad news, for any assault ship. So each assault ship, in general, is at about as much discomfort being tackled by a double-damp Condor as the Wolf would be. That is what I was getting at. Take your FOF light missile Hawk and shove it.
