We are not your typical corporation.

We recruit selectively, and not entirely based on your ability to smoke and fly, drink and fly or otherwise debauch yourself and still remain capable of incredible feats of pilot skill.

We want you to be committed, active, and PVP focused. You will live and die for us, when not working your arse off IRL (as most of us do) or growing your neckbeard in a cellar (as some of us do).

We expect you to roam in HACs, AHACS, Recons, BCs, and scrub, ingeniously, and unconventionally set up T1 cruiser and destroyer fleets with us. We also expect you to make billions from the vast resources our Wormhole systems has to offer.

We love tactics, we love taking people by surprise, we hate botters and are sick of null, we love lowsec piracy but hate being poor. And gateguns. Nobody likes gateguns.

We are a tight-knit group of pilots that prefer quality over quantity. We fly for fun, and constantly seek ways to blap your Falcon and teabag your logi while out-thinking, or tanking your DPS like men.

YOU...

are eager to learn. Love pew and passively earning the ISK you need to do it in shiny ships. Fit creatively and understand force multiplication and situational awareness in engagements (or desire to). Like banter on comms, and enjoy the social aspect of EVE. Are relaxed, willing to contribute to our close-knit team and help us become what we want to be.

I joined TFP about 2 months ago, as a fairly new pilot with around 5m SP, and i can confidently say that it is truly a special corporation.

Before I had joined TFP, i was in search of a direction in Eve. The only thing i was certain of was that I wanted to spend my time going around and attempting to blow up what ever i could possible land my point on, ship type was not important - little to no interest in this mission, market pvp or mining business. My irl buddy and I would fit frigate after frigate and roam into low-sec engaging the first thing on our overview that wasn't purple. "Hurricane 60 off the gate? hell yeah lets engage - quickly MWD on and approach his ass!". We were soon starting to realize that we might need some help if we ever wanted to be on the winning side of a fight.

Since I have joined TFP i can't even imagine living anywhere else. The space is ever-changing, great team of guys (with an emphasis on team as well as great) and they give you an honest chance to prove yourself as a valuable pilot - despite having low SP or less experience than most people.

Be it a cloaky wormhole roam, faction warfare pew, nullsec shenanigans or ganking foolish miners in hi-sec - TFP will be there racking up the kills, and flying out with the loot - space-high-fiving in our warp bubble

Before i joined the corp my kill efficiency was 0% 2 months in a row. It has now been 90,83,93 over the last 3 months (and we do not blob)
