I can´t get items from my main character's enormous freight contanier.

Hello all.

My alt character can't get items from an enormous freight contanier belonging to my main character.

The enormuos container belongs to my main character.
The enormus container is 'anchored' in space, inside my corp's POS shield.
My alt is in the same corporation of my main character.
Our CEO has told me that my alt has the same permissions as my main character.
My alt can open, drag, and drop items from corp's array to the cargohold.
My alt can open, drag, but not drop items from my main enormous container to the cargohold.

Is there any kind of permissions I must give from my main char to my alt?

Where are those options, if there is any?

I don't know very well the contanier machanics.

Ok problem is solved.

It was just the safety button close to the shield status of the ship.

It was set to green, so I changed it to red. Now I can loot my main character's contaniers.
