So these where given out during Christmas, i think. But do they drop in game as well? If so, where?

No, they do not drop ingame.
As far as i know, they are only handed out as gifts through holidays etc.

So far, the only source of Genolution implants has been CCP's gift packages. Since their introduction, there's been one gift of the Genolution CA-1, this past Christmas, to all active accounts that redeemed the gift packages. Not sure if/when there will be another gift of the CA-2 implants; given the pattern of pirate implants (less and less common as you go from Alpha through Epsilon, with Omegas being the least common), it might be another year, or it might be given out when the 10th anniversary celebration rolls around.

This christmas some people got CA-1's and some people got CA-2's. Guess you got 1's
