Well with V3 completion CCP can do this anytime IF they want.
But if you expect "Pitch black Abaddon with missiles" - you will be disappointed, because current Ammatar color scheme is low reflective light brown with dark green. Ardishapur scheme with same lighting for comparison: http://i.imgur.com/44DkQST.png

ps: I also agree with you that Ammatar and Khanid need some love (at least in form of fixing LP store for the start). But CCP have always avoided this matter.

honestly i think all the races but caldari could use more missle ship's, cuase i am tired of kinetic bonus,

i want to use EM / THERMAL / EXP

or get rid of the kinetic bonus, thats the biggest problem i have with missles is your forced to use one type only so no real ammo choice unless you someone know the enemy's resist and can calculate which is better because kinetic will be better 95% of the time cause of bonus

i still wonder why there isn't a navy version of everything, seems odd some ships get one and the role doesn't change at all really just a slightly stronger ship or maybe a extra slot

I've wanted an RF Hurricane since I first trained Battlecruisers, I think it is a mistake to not release Navy Destroyers alongside them though.

RF Thrasher anyone?
