Given the fact that you can use all your three characters on the forums, you should have plenty of characters per non-trial account to post on the forums as.

Delete old forum character in second or third character slot.

Roll new character in that slot.

Use name close to one of your enemies.

Post flame-laden rants reeking of technical ignorance and how you can WTFPWN all comers, including said enemy's location for extra fun times.

People who don't know how to make their alt account a full one (or lack the ingame means to do so) probably aren't interesting enough to have a forum alt.

Alt characters are the bane of this game and these forums.

As for posting in the other sub-forums, I think a character on a new account is allowed to do that after their account has been active for 30 days.
