My Client is crashing constantly when I launch it. The launcher freezes at (1/4) Validating client 39.0%

It opens a small warning window that tells me:

Unable to update EVE Online client

The EVE Launcher cannot updated a directory from which processes are running. Please close the following process: exefile.exe

I hit OK but it pops up again. Even if i close and start it up again it does the exact same thing. Hitting Cancel makes the client update fail.

This is the first time i've ever had problems with my EVE launcher of any kind.
