[WTB] PURE Production/Research Toon, preferable with good standings towards at least one npc corp

~10 Bil Budget or more if it is appropriate

What I am looking for specifically:
- Mass Production lvl. 5 and Advanced Mass Production to at least lvl. 4
- Production Efficiency and Refinery Efficiency to lvl. 5
- Laboratory Operation to lvl. 5 and Advanced Laboratory Operation to at least lvl. 4
- Metallurgy to lvl. 4 at least (preferable lvl. 5)
- Supply Chain Management to lvl. 4 at least
- Most, if not all, of the mineral processing skills to AT LEAST lvl. 4
- Some trade/hauling skills would be appreciated but are not necessary
- ALSO, I would greatly appreciate it if your toon had high standings with at least one corporation present in either Minnie or Caldari Space


ALL OTHER TRAINED SKILLS WILL BE REGARDED AS WASTE SO PLEASE DO NOT POST HERE IF YOUR CHARACTER IS ALL OVER THE PLACE...I AM LOOKING FOR A SPECIALIZED PRODUCTION/RESEARCH TOON ONLY

high standing with Core Complexion corp (if i remember correct, thats minmatar one)
high standing with some more amarr corps too (one in Amarr - trading hub)

this is completely specialised toon i used for my huge t2 invention-manufacturing business. can do 5 r&d agents for core complexion too, is perfect mining fleet booster with mining foreman implant.

Ad'Ree - more geared towards what I am looking for but I'd really like to have the majority of the ore processing skills up to level 4 AT LEAST, I am gonna keep looking but I will definitely keep your toon in mind. Thanks

My main is a 111mil SP pure pvp toon, I have literally no clue why you posted this toon here as it isn't remotely close to what I am looking for, I want pure INDY. Good luck with your sale o/

EDIT: As for my budget, I have more isk to spend if I need to (for those interested in actually selling me a toon that fits the description of what I am looking for)

EDIT: For those actually serious about trying to help me out in finding a suitable toon, I have no interest in buying a toon that has more SP than about 30 mil at most
