Eve Crashes when switching output graphics card

So today when I reinstalled eve ( and windows ) I noticed that every time I would try to change which graphics card the eve client should use, the client would crash. I would come to the login screen, switch the graphics card from the drop down list on the escape menu, eve client goes black and then I get the windows message eve.exe has encountered a problem.

Core i7 860 processor
Nvidia 560 GTX superclocked 1 gb DDR5
Nvidia 460 GTX 1 gb DDR5
16GB of ram
