People are talking about damps and ****. A Rook with 7 damps can still lock out 111k and any additional damps are so heavily penalized that they effectively do nothing (eighth damp drops lock range from 111.26k to 111.24k). Also, a heavy neut Curse with a True Sansha neut will hit out to 88k. Finally, Rooks suck. Even if you could miracle permajam an entire gang, you have no DPS.

Tracking disrupt big guns against small and/or moving targets.

Damp kiting ships with small targetting ranges into disengaging or getting to close. Screw logi over by target switching with damps scan res scripted.

Neut Amarr laser boats. Neut local tanks. Neut smaller ships (heavy neuts on cruisers, medium neuts on frigs).

Web/target paint fast/small targets when applying bigger guns.

Racial jammers vs that race, especially small ships due to generally bad sensor strength.




Or keep damping that rook. Hurrr...
