Arrow Monocles add +4 to Mem, Int, Char, Per, Will attributes.
Arrow Monocles no longer seeded into the game.
Arrow Fix POSes
Arrow Buff Rifters (+0H, +1M, +1L) and +50GJ of base cap.
Arrow Seed Faction Towers on Market
Arrow H296, V911, V753, B274, N110, and D792 mass increased to 4b.
Arrow "About Goddamn Time" skill added; four hours removed off of Jump Clone timer per level; 1x Multiplier and Int, Per, Char, Will, Mem attributes.
Arrow Sleepers will warp to random moons and attack towers if they're anchored.
Arrow Sleeper Dreadnoughts and Sleeper Logistics NPC ships added.
Arrow Salvagers now damage all Minmatar ships.
Arrow Capsules (pilots) can now board Ship Maintenance Bays of Carriers and Supercarriers and follow them when jumping to Cynosural Fields in other systems.
Arrow Capsules can now board/pilot fighter/fighter bombers drones of Carriers and Supercarriers in their fleet (assuming the Carrier or Supercarrier has allowed access to boarding their drones).
Arrow Tech 2 Cynosural Field Generators added that have a base cycle time of five minutes. Requires Cynosural Field Theory to 5.

Draconic Slayer will suffer for this detritus. His mind is a cesspool of stupidity and abominations. Everyone should pitty us for having to listen to this pathetic wretch on a near constant basis. I can only pray that he suffers third degree burns over the majority of his body in a horrible bus accident rendering him unable to play EVE. If there is any justice in the universe his burned corpse will be desecrated by a pack of necrophiliac goats.

Better CSM post than the RVB candidates'.

I disagree that the monocle should give stats. It would make scrubs buy them.
The swag is because you've spent 1b on something that's there purely to swag and discriminate.
