Double Wardec vs wardec + hired ally?

Hello all,

like title says it, i would like someone to clear me about the difference between double wardec with 2 different corps the same target and wardec it with 1 only and hire 2nd as ally

Is "hire ally" system cheaper?
Using "hire ally" system all corp involved are shown in war hystory info tab?

No speculation pls, i made enough yet :)

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
