We already have a solution to the multiboxing problem.

It's called smartbombing battleships. Addresses those fields of Mackinaws and Hulks quite well.

Now i have to ask, whats this issue you refering to? Theres no issue. Anyone can use even opensource solution to controll as many client as needed. So why you want CCP to invent wheel again?

Not too much difference in im running those client from single keyboard or if i have two laptops on desk with my desktop machine all running eve and controlling them separately.

We are Minmatar, Our ship are made of scraps, but look what our scraps can do...

because you're not the leader of a large alliance. once you start having to do that (and you distance yourself from the corp/alliance to the point where you're telling people to tell people to mine/fight/whatever) ... then it's a MMO-RTS...


then again, you could be ... and this is just a forum alt.

Is it that time again? I thought we could at least make it to lunch before another multibox related thread?

It seems to be the current FOTM forum whine, alongside generic Sov and Hi/low/null sec nerfing threads.

I remember the days when it was pages of Supercapital whines...

I love this idea, except, I think it should go further and just combine all the clients into a single "super-client". Rather than have 1 unit for each account, wouldn't it be simpler to just multiply 1 unit's stats by the number of accounts you have subscribed? So, instead of cluttering up the game with commands from 10 clients to run 10 characters flying Tengus, you could just have 1 character flying 1 Tengu, but that did 10x the DPS, could tank 10x the damage, moved at 10x the speed (or just had 10x more inertia), had 10x the capacitor, etc. He could even switch character names between the 10 characters to allow for AWOXing 'n such.
