I don't pirate, but I see them alot in the FW plexes in and close to:

Siseide
(next to)
Dal
(next to)
Amamanke

Here is what you do (even with a big ship):

Go to Siseide.
set your DS scan to cover the small and novice FW plexes.
wait 6 to 7 minutes for a ship to arrive.
give it about 35 seconds to start the jump into the plex.
warp to the plex entrance (0 km) and wait.
Somebody comes to kill the mimatar plexer.
you kill them.

Move to Dal and repeat.

The point is you can't get into a novice plex with a good ship, but you can wait at the door.
Don't go to amamake from any high-sec spot, it is camped all too often.

Belt piracy is dead unfortunately. These days you have to either barge into random FW complexes or gate camp. Here's your "James 315 for CSM" bumper sticker.


Besides his robotic voice (horrible mic?), he actually sounds like someone I'd vote for. He lays his points down very logically, easily deals with counterarguments, and in general seems to understand some of the problems in EVE (principally, high sec being too rewarding for the risks involved). His whole New Order movement might be a annoying campaign for some, but the idea behind it is quite sound. People should look into it before trashing it...though I agree his followers are over the top.

As someone looking to do more low-sec small gang pvp, I really look forward to high sec changes so more pve moves into low sec.
