I would give you 100b for this toon in a heartbeat if i had it.

(ok well, i might try to get you to come down to 90b or so, but if I couldn't, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it)

it has almost everything on it that "I" look for in a character.

I could probably get that amount together in shinies, too bad CCP won't let us trade that way :(

Don't mistake fact for arrogance, supposition for fact, or disagreement for dismissal. Perception is unique in that it can be shared or singular. Run with the pack if you wish, but think for yourself. A sandwich can be a great motivator.

$34.99 = GTC = 2 x Plex = +/- 1b isks on the market before taxes and broker fees.
