It's our sad duty to report the end of EON Magazine. Zapatero, the long time editor of the magazine, has left us with a few final words from the EON staff, while CCP Unifex also offers his thanks for their hard work in this dev blog.

I enjoyed having a subscription and reading it. Was a real quality product informative and humerous.

Being a new player i tried 3 copies of this fabulous magazine and i was about to order some more. Too bad to see this excellent magazine leaving the stage. Any1 knows if older copies will still be available ?

Thank you for producing this amazing quality publication. I had bought every issue for the first 2 years, and will definitely be buying the remaining issues while I have a chance. In retrospect, I wish I had continued supporting you guys :(

Does the EON Collection include every single issue (except #12, which looks to be out), including the latest?

As the editorial/content liason for EON, I must say I loved working with the team and especially the curmudgeonly Zapatero.

He's top notch.

Any chance EON will ever release back issues in digital form only? PDF or various ebook formats would be ideal. I know, pirarcy blah blah, but I'd be interested in buying them for the right price point.

Fix POSes.  Every player should want one (even if all players can't have one).

I knew this was coming, damnit!

I only bought the magazines for their artwork and fiction. They were just fantastic! It was also great reading the articles and watching how the game evolved over the years until I started playing.

CCP, give the artists and writers some liberty to work on chronicles and in-game stories. Maybe this is the solution to the lack of concept art/chronicle art lately...
