[WTB] Pilot specialized in combat/ratting/some pvp. 12 billion cap

Hi all,

Currently my main character specializes in mining, but I need a combat oriented toon to provide security for our mining expedition. Needs to be a formidable opponent to both rats and players looking to miner bump.

Please post offers for good characters with combat skills, Cladari preferred but doesn't really matter.

When posting, please note what combat ship you fly on your account which you have found to be the best setup.

It looks like under gunnery there is almost nothing trained and most of the skills seem to reside under the missile category. What type of ships do you fly (what is the largest/most DPS) and what is your next big goal for this account? Would you be able to fly a hurricane? What is your ship of choice currently for combat? And what weapons would you normally fit to it?

What other skills does this toon excel at aside from combat? I see rigging in there but am not so great at translating skills learned into "what it actually means you can do".

Hello,

This toon is best in Missile boats using Scourge Heavy Missiles for the kinetic bonus.

I would fit up a tengu with a 100MN AB, buffer tank or active tank depending on the target, a full rack of HML IIs and a prober , go find and orbit anoms, plexes, wormhole sites, etc... and profit.

Max DPS from a full rack of HML in a drake is around 450 DPS. A tengu can push up to 600 depending on the shininess of the loadout.

This toon has probing skills allowing you to find other players, or anomalies such as wormholes or complexes in space.

For pvp I would recommend a drake because it really is the best bang for the buck in all of EVE.

This toon is focused entirely on core skills so the direction this toon specializes in, is entirely up to you.

Can fly Tengus, battleships (level 5), HACs, assault frigs, and stealth bombers. T2 HMs/launchers as well.

Can also fly a Charon if you want to haul or move large amounts of ore at a time to your station. Just keep it docked close-by and switch between it and the ship you intend to use for security!

I, personally, like to use a HM Tengu fit for kiting.

If you want something a little bigger and less expensive, I'd suggest a Torpedo Raven. Easily over 1k DPS heated. 21+ KM range.

I'd say the most cost effective ship would be a drake though. It's just not as durable as a Raven or Tengu, but it can put out some hurt.
