Problem - Trying to upgrade account.

I'm trying to upgrade my account from a trial, and I'm using prepaid visa card. It has more than the $20 it takes to purchase the upgrade, yet it still isn't verifying the purchase. All the information matches the card and account info. Is there some reason this is happening, such as prepaid visas not working? I've looked, and other players apparently have done it.

i upgraded my account yesterday using my visa, i had a slight problem but it did work. i got a red banner saying your package is not available. however i am upgraded now.
