Launcher Failing

On a brand new install of windows 7 Professional 64bit I can't get eve to start using the launcher while connected.

When I start the launcher it tries to create a patch from the same version to the same version, then it fails.

To get it to work I have to shut down the network. Start the launcher, have the launcher fail but give me a chance to start eve, start network up and then I am good.

Please help!

Pentium core 2 duo 3.2 ghz
nvdia gtx 560 graphics card.
windows 7 pro 64 bit (brand new install)

I have twice tried reinstalling everything and still no go.
Used to work fine with xp on the same system.

Any chance you can dig up the EVE Launcher log and dump it on pastebin?

I have attached the log, checksums and client_validation files to my petition. The petition is petitionID=3167437.

Does that work for you?
