Expander rigs for specialized bays (Ore, Fuel)

Looking at my black ops BS today I realized that I would like to have its fuel bay even larger. So my feature request is relatively simple. Could I please get rigs that affect the new specialized bays, like ore and fuel.

I'm sure the ore bay ones would be pretty popular with miners flying barges / orca's / roquals. While I quite happily would put some fuel bay ones on my black ops if they would give me more room than running cargo expander rigs with full set of expanders in low slots.

I'm using my Black Ops anyway just for bridges and its already with cargo expander rigs, but I could use a bit extra fuel space TBH.

While you are at it I would like to see the ability to rig jump freighters.

So keeping the same theme as the Cargo Optimisation Rigs? Penalty on Armour HP? Or looking to mix this up too?
Hull HP?
Cargo Hold reduction? (Basically converting General Cargo into Specialised Cargo?)
Mass Increase?
Other Ideas?

I have no comment of fuel bay expanders.
If ore hold expanders are made then the hulk will be the only exhumed used again and that will be bad.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

That would depend on how much they increase capacity and if the rigs were made in medium size...

I am interested, its got potential for ore and stuff, just not sure about fuel...

I think for ORE bay ones either hull hp reduction (for barges/orca) or regular cargo bay reduction (Roqual/orca) would be meaningful penalties.

For fuel bay ones dunno really. Perhaps indeed reduce the regular cargo bay.

As far as fuel bay rigs go I suspect it might not be only the black ops which would get rigged that way. I'm pretty sure that at least few titans would end up with these rigs as well. Get big enough fleet and it eats a crapload of fuel. Granted, that kind of titans usually just sit next to pos hangar and can showel in new fuel into their bays at will so perhaps the EHP reduction would be a bit too much of a sacrifice for titans to fit these if the penalty is to hull hp.

I still think this is pretty good idea.

Now if, for some reason, ability to change the size of these bays would be considered too powerful to do with rigs I would be content also with modules doing the same thing, say, for example - Expanded ORE Bay II or Expanded Fuel Bay II or, hell, Expanded Drone Bay II, going for the low slot, approx the same stats as expanded cargo hold.

I think we should probably leave the drone bay out of this. as that is a carefully balanced combat mechanic. Especially on for example the domi, this would allow for ludicrous amounts of drones.

Maybe it can be done, as you will trade fo another module for the bigger capacity, but I think it will upset quite the number of game mechanics.

Well in my opinion it would not be too overpower, as the ship would give something up for having that extra drone space, either a lowslot for that expander module, if you go with slot layout or a rig slot for using the extender rig if done that way. So what you would gain potentially would be an extra flight of drones while you would be still bandwidth limited. Sor of the same way as you can fit a cargo expander today on domi to carry couple extra cap chrarges, for example.

So the tradeoff even in the case of drone bay would be fair and not overpower. Consider that alternative would be fitting, for example, a drone damage mod giving your drones extra damage.
