Clicking on a target, then hitting the shortcuts for approach, orbit, warp to don't work

If you click on a locked target in the locked target area and then hit a keyboard shortcut for a command it doesn't do anything? Is this by design? Is this a bug? The only time the shortcut keys seem to work is if you just selected something in the overview.

Indeed. it only works if you keep the buttan down, and click the target.

By design I guess.

The single button presses only work on the overview.

Other wise it's while you hold it down.
