This AGREEMENT entered into on this day, YC 115.03.06 between WIYRKOMI CORPORATION, hereinafter referred to as "PARENT" and MALCOLM KHROSS, hereinafter referred to as ENTRUSTED will bind contractually the two parties for a period as long as work is performed or until termination of this agreement by either party and constitutes the foundation of a subsidiary corporation under PARENT, at the discretion of ENTRUSTED entitled WIYRKOMI TACTICAL RESPONSE DIRECTIVE (-WTR-) hereinafter referred to as SUBSIDIARY.


Sections of this AGREEMENT are approved for public disclosure with other sections remaining private between involved parties.


WHEREAS PARENT imparts upon this agreement approval for operations and executive support in recognition of and


WHEREAS ENTRUSTED agrees to maintain operations solely in accordance with outlined directives and operations established within this agreement


NOW, THEREFORE and in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions herein contained, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, do mutually agree as follows:


1. Establishment - PARENT and ENTRUSTED hereby agree on the establishment of SUBSIDIARY under the leadership of ENTRUSTED and auspices of PARENT.


2. Directive - SUBSIDIARY is bound to operating directives outlined in this agreement which are subject to alteration and adjustment at the joint discretion of PARENT and ENTRUSTED. Directives include, but are not limited to:

• (a) - Defense and security of Black Rise region of space, up to and including HOSTILE action against ARMED neutral vessels within the vicinity of State military complexes and OPEN HOSTILITY toward all recognized enemies of the Caldari State and Wiyrkomi Corporation, their affiliates, subsidiaries and constituents
• (a) - Defense and security of The Citadel region of space, up to and including HOSTILE action against ARMED neutral vessels within the vicinity of State military complexes and OPEN HOSTILITY toward all recognized enemies of the Caldari State and Wiyrkomi Corporation, their affiliates, subsidiaries and constituents
• (c) - Deployment to areas of interest determined by PARENT and/or ENTRUSTED
• (d) - JOINT OPERATIONS with Caldari State loyal corporations and subsidiaries of PARENT at the discretion of ENTRUSTED be these operations for military purposes or non-military purposes
• (e) - Support for State armed forces in and around State sovereign space, in areas of interest established in (c) and at the discretion of ENTRUSTED
• (f) - HOSTILE action against UNARMED vessels within the vicinity of State military complexes, areas of interest established in (c) at the discretion of ENTRUSTED under the following SUSPICIONS:

(1) - Vessels suspected of reconnaissance for enemies of the State and/or Wiyrkomi Corporation, their affiliates, subsidiaries and constituents
(2) - Vessels engaged in logistical or tactical support of enemies of the State and/or Wiyrkomi Corporation, their affiliates, subsidiaries and constituents
(3) - Vessels listed by CONCORD as SUSPECT or CRIMINAL
(4) - Vessels determined to be offering supply line support or delivery to enemies of the State and/or Wiyrkomi Corporation, their affiliates, subsidiaries and constituents

PARENT and ENTRUSTED agree to all articles above with PARENT maintaining sole authority to review, at its full discretion, any activity of SUBSIDIARY suspected of being outside the parameters of this agreement.

6. General Provisions

• (a) - The term of this agreement will be for the entire duration of the ENTRUSTED'S association with PARENT with association terminated voluntarily or involuntarily by either party at the sole discretion of either party
• (b) - This agreement binds not only SUBSIDIARY as an entity but all constituents therein
• (c) - Operations of SUBSIDIARY are left to the discretion of ENTRUSTED unless under review by PARENT for reasonable suspicion or probable cause determined solely at the discretion of PARENT
• (d) - This agreement may not be terminated without cause by either party
