Corporation Contract Help!

Hello, so my corporation has issued contracts but their not online to ask.

I have the ore for the contract and when i go to accept it says it has to be packaged?
Can you pavkage ore cause there in no option when right clicking.

Im in the right station and its in my personal hangar.

Any help will be appreciated

Huh?

Ore for what contract? Need more information, your question doesn't make sense without context.
Packaging is something done to ships, mods, drones -> right click -> repackage.

My guess is that he is trying to say that he is looking to fill a contract to the corp. As in the corp issued him a contract requesting X amount of ore in exhange for (?) but it wont allow him to fullfill the contract because the ore has to be repackaged.

Honestly it sounds like an odd bug. Ask them to redo the contract and/or file a bug report.

Thank you i was in a rush and did the post from my phone. Thats correct its a Buy contract, 200,000 dense veld. I have that in my cargo and when i go to complete the contract it says are you sure, i say yes then it comes up with a message saying the ore needs to be repackaged to allow completion.

My corp has an office at this location, should i put the ore in there even though it says 'My Hangar' as the depository?

Is the Dense Veldspar in your personal hangar or in your ship cargohold?

To who is the contract issued, to you personally or to the corp in general?

Is that 200.000 Dense Veldspar all in 1 single stack?

Let me log in couple of alts and verify if it's a common bug or not by recreating it.

Put the veld in PERSONAL HANGAR AND STACK IT (i.e. 1 stack of 200k units).

The "repackaged" comment is in reference to Modules (e.g. a contract for 10x light neutron blasters ... you need all ten packaged, and stacked).

1.) Go to: Sileperer IV - Moon 9 - Expert Distribution Warehouse

2.) Place all 200.000 units of Dense Veldspar in your personal hangar (so not your ship cargohold, not the corporation hangars).

3.) Make sure it's all in 1 single stack.

4.) Don't even worry about the repackage part, this is an automated message. The repack part is for modules and ships, which is currently not the case.

5.) Complete the contract.

6.) If still not succesful, read the contract very very good. This could be a scam, just because it's your own corp doesn't mean they don't try to scam you OR it's a bug, in which case you should file as bug report.

Your hanger. Not your ship's cargohold. Your hanger.

The message about repackaging is just a general one, it come up any time the required items are not in *your hanger*, no matter what they are. Not telling you to repackage the ore (which can't be done)

Just did a similar contract with my alts:

Working as intended. Just make sure it's in your Hangar not your ship.
