No reason to have some incredibly hard missions (missions with several (up to now separately aggroing) groups vs. missions with one group per gate).
When hastily trying to get out of the mission it wont help when your drones that are out to kill the scramming frigates are being shot at. Thats just incredibly bad design.


sounds like brilliant design. u do realise the NPC's are trying to kill u right? not just make u warp off.

if u cant handle level 4's, then bring a friend. or move down to level 3's, i dnt think they have scrams in level 3's

that was already fixed, i just forgetted to remove it.

Thank you for wasting 5 minutes of my life reading this heap of steaming junk. Also ISD should lock this gave a warning about bumping without adding and it still continued! Posting comments to say you editted a post is NOT new content.

An idea, how to bring back old nebulaes:

Bring it back with Apocrypa starfield, with the stars of new eden and algined stargates. THe apoceypa starfield looked more realistic. The dominion maked all nebulaes much darker.

Another reason, why i want the old stuff back, i want to know, how the old turrets looks on the tier 3 BCs or on the tier 2 Destroyers, even on the V3 textured ships or the new vagabond/tempest/Megathron modell...

I'm sorry but I don't want old missiles back, they look epic now.

The only thing I miss is a feature that they removed with the seamless map, where all the map stars were visible over the nebulae.

seamless map? did you mean the dominion starfield chage or the crucible nebulaes? Or was it something, that was changed before?

î think the seamless map was the old apocrypha starfield. However, i find that starfield looked more realistic. Back then, the nebulaes were more brighter. With Dominion (or what expansion it ever was) the starfield changed and was then much darker. A few parties of the old nebulaes werent anymore visible. (see pictures)

Clearified my idea on bringing back the old turrets/Nebulaes etc... to make sure, evryone understand it.

I honestly do miss the old turret system, let alone the old sounds. The new laser sounds like a small frigate weapon rather than a ******* huge gun.... Quad 3500's looked badass, let alone the old artillery models. I agree some of the old turret models need to come back (rails, artillery, autocannons especially) but some of the new turret models look better. The XL energy turrets, nice! The L artillery (not 1400's)... meh... they don't really look like they're actually a big gun.

Well some work + some old turrets + THE OLD SOUNDS or better improved sounds = happy eve base. problem? Yes it takes work... but the reward is better than having people complain about it

Some call it rust, but I, I call it an extra layer of armor. Trust in the rust! Big guns kind of help in that situation as well...

Personally I wish they would stop making the lasers sound stupid.

I agree, the new turret sounds are stupid. The new lasersounds sounds all like the same, no difference between small and capital. That couldn't take a lot of work. The autocannonsounds are just the old with some extrasounds over the old sounds - sounds very bad.

Another problem onthe turretsound is, they arent hitting to theyr effects anymore. Some sounds are shorter then theyr effects. For example the mega pulse laser.

Overall I like the new stufff. The new nebulas are more realistic and their placing in the game adds to the feeling of immersion nebulas should actually dim as you get close to them as the light fills more of the sky and you are in a smaller portion of that sky, they also do a good job of giving you a sense of geography when travelling which further adds to the feeling of immersion . Out of the recent improvements the only ones that I am not happy with are the changes to battlecruisers but hopefully they will be looked at in time.

Dumbing down of Eve Online will result in it's destruction...
