Can I have someone in my fleet offgrid boosting me when I duel someone, and still receive the bonuses?

What happens if someone tries to remote rep me during a duel?

When I kill an opponent, and his loot gets stolen, will I be able to pop the theif without repercussion?

1) Yes, you can be in fleet with anyone and receive all of the bonuses you want.

2) They go suspect except in very rare cases which are likely exploits.

3) Depends on who stole it, and their relation with your opponent. If they are completely neutral, they will go suspect, in which case you can legally shoot them. The repercussions of that depend on whether or not you can kill them before they kill you, but CONCORD will not get involved.

Ah, okey thanks.

Suspect means that I can legally engage them, but they're allowed selfdefence? I wont be aggressing a fleet by shooting them like it worked before, unless I had understood the previous aggression mechanics?

Engaging in a duel activates the Limited Engagement mechanics, and all it entails...including pod kills.

The wording "the duel ends when one or both ships are destroyed" is misleading, and has been well documented on the forums. In other words, don't leave your pod just floating there.
