I just picked up a cheap HTC EVO 3d.

After getting it I did a factory reset and flash over to my carrier.
It reminds me of windows xp where it needs some TLC to keep the o/s running smooth.

I'm looking for a program that helps to keep the phone running as smooth as it is after a factory reset.

My phone isn't rooted/etc as far as I know.

I was looking at bit defender power tune up.

<-can't help you. still rockin' a 3GS with a cracked screen. running IOS 5.0.1 dated 10 Nov 2011. updates break things....
