Since BOSE is top of the range when it comes to audio systems. Why the purchase exactly? Simply expanding the home theatre or a more immersive experience?

I currently have my PC and PS3 hooked up through our system though I very rarely use the TV for pc gaming. I find it way too difficult to function on the sofa or read the test.

Though when the steambox is released this might change!

It's something I've been looking at for a while, I just couldn't completely justify a $1400 purchase?

but then I discovered through a physics exam that one of my many talents is physics (who knew?) so on the way home, feeling especially light and that my future was bright, i made the purchase :-)

that and a girl i had over last month, commented that the headphones for watching TV were ... crappy? and that kinda hurt.

but i won't invite her over anymore, cuz... getting something like a BOSE system after that... sends the wrong message lol
