...was spotted in a nullsec when I was on my courier covert Tengu runs.
I was like What.
The guy had a fit of warfare links in Highs, shield-tanking modules in Meds and armor-tanking stuff in Lows. No weapons or anything, just sheer tanky junkbox. Is this even real or am I dreaming a nightmare here?

Wouldn't he get more EHP by doing a Shield/hull tank rather than a shield/armor tank?

Slap a DC in the lows for 60% structure resists, then load up on reenforced bulkhead IIs....

The only way I'd think shield/armor tanking gets you max EHP is if you start with an armor tanking ship like an Abaddon...

With no armour it be burn through to hull quick as hell. really screwed either way.

Best I can think of is the pilot does falcon/scorps as well and has that generally means a strong armour tank background. Also means the parts are on hand to slap on jsut like that if so desired lol.

Also if trying to do anythng fast bulkheads say aww hell no. Some armour plates went on a diet, the rest plus the them now can be honeycombed.
