Heat damage mods

So hey there.
I have a question: are there any other skills that affect heat damage taken by modules aside from Thermodynamics 5/5 and Caldari strategic cruiser 5/5 (for Tengu)? Also, do these two skills stack additively or multiplicatively?
Another question: given these two skills maxed AND both Nanite operation and Nanite interfacing maxed, wouldn't that make Tengu capable of flying with 24/7 overloaded rack with minimal ISK waste per nanite consumption? I ask this because I currently aim for HAMs and boosting that much damage even further would theoretically push me over 1200 DPS mark, which is definitely not bad for a T3.

Only Thermodynamics and strategic cruiser skills reduce the heat damage
no stack penalty of skills bonus,
so for example :
experimental 10MN MWD : 11.4 HP heat damage, if u train both skills to 5
the heat damage will become : 11.4 x 0.75 x 0.75 = 6.41 HP

So its multiplicative then, huh.
So how much would it cost me per nanite expenses to overheat my weapon rack at some decent L4 mission run? I assume it will be far less than Caldari HAMs launched cost by themselves.
