With the current system, is it possible to put up a POS and allow others individually to use it not in your corporation? I've got 1 char in his own corp, 2 in npc corps, and 1 in a nullsec pvp corp. The char in his own corp has no science or industry skills, so this would be convenient..

No

You can sortof use a POS amongst alliance members, but don't bother it's mostly borked.
