LOL i ordered t-shirts 7 months ago, nothing ever arrived, i was then promised a refund. now noone replies to my emails :(

Depends what type of "soon (tm)" we are looking at:

- old school CCP soon(tm) : in 3-5 years, a bit later or never.
- a bit less old school CCP soon(tm) : when it's ready, in 2-5 years ... or never when it is scrapped for some reason.
- agile developping CCP soon(tm) : part 1 in the next expansion, part 2 in 1-3 years when a team is reassigned to it ... or part 1 is considered well-developped enough aka it does work somewhat and players are not shooting monuments in Jita.
- for old times sake CCP soon(tm) : within the next 6-24 months, when someone's got the time to write a dev-blog.

Yes you can dispute the charges with your CC company I think.

In regards to the store being revamped PLEASE CCP if you read this post I would love to see more models made. I would love to try and collect one of every ship, especially t3 cruisers, mmm legion, and having 4 titan models would be AWESOME Big smile and I bet everyone would go crazy after that. Would also love to see a lot more clothing styles being offered on the store.

I agree to that, they were pretty expensive compared to most things that you buy online these days. I honestly can't remember if they did bulk buy prices last time but I hope that's in there so it gets even more cheaper the more you purchase (less money on shipping = more money on products)P.

At this point I would just like the store to re reopened even if they only had the old stock,
or at least set up a temporary storefront so people can pick from existing inventory.

I mean whats wrong with CCP, do you hate money?

No. But then that's why the store is closed, probably. Niche game, small subscription base, smaller interest in game centric products and production costs are high which means they probably lose money on the store in the first place.

Which means, you'd probably be better off knitting yourself a Megathron.
