Highsec PVP is a thinking man's game, so I can see how you can dislike that.

Thankfully there are places in EVE where the only requirements for PVP are having a pulse and a working F1 key.

Thankfully there are places in EVE where the only requirements for PVP are having an orca , remote reps and boosts to kill one cap stable Merlin flown by a pilot who has never pvped before.

A few days ago, i experienced myself to shoot a ninja with a bs.... ( he was in a cruiser)

You will say i'm pretty an idiot, but anyway i thought that he would never go through my tank.... and that's how it worked... i was going to kill him...

Then he came with an alt in a logistic ( impossible to kill his remoted cruiser ) ....
i feel that's not an exploit as it's possible for me to shoot his logistic.... it's not fair game but anyway... i'm fine with that...

Second thing he couldn't go throw my active tank.... so he came with an orca to refiit himself with full neut.... it tooked a long time but he killed me....

is this an exploit? as he use a really different fit than the first one... adapted on the challenge, and his ship that obviously can't kill me in normal way (when i engaged him) did it because he was cap + armor remoted + refit full neut (obviously not cap stable).....
it tooked half an hour .... but he killed me....
i think it's just a bit too much help for a 1v1 in empire .....

Not an exploit.

Always expect this in hi-sec. Gets friends and counter-gank them. Your friends kill/neut/jam/disrupt the RR while you kill the original target. All of you get kills!! There are plenty of groups which do this in EVE. Just find them, get your friends, counter-gank and enjoy the KM (and Tears!!!).

Not an exploit....

Also, next time you see the tides turning like that, call for help in local.. you can fleet up with people to get them a warp in, and since they go suspect when rendering assistance, it will allow the "help" to engage the log ship and scare them away...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but your complaint seems to be that it's unfair, yes?

Look at it this way. In almost every situation in highsec, the defender has to basically give you permission to kill them. They have to shoot you to give you an LE, let you into their corp, not drop corp in response to a wardec or fail to pay attention and/or fit a tank appropriate to their value in the case of suicide ganks.

It's the defender that sets up all the hoops you have to jump through to kill them. As an aggressor, you have to find ways to overcome those barriers. If the defender puts up no barriers or ineffective barriers it can be quite easy, but as the defenses get more robust, the tools to defeat them need to be more robust. So we develop those tools.

While some of the most experienced among us have a very powerful set of tools, the best defenders are still able to avoid any kind of interactive gameplay. Many of the less experienced among the aggressors have less robust tools and many less experienced defenders fail to put up any obstacles to getting pushed over. If you feel that it's unfair in some way, I'd bet it's because you fail to appreciate that you, as a defender, have all the power and are simply failing to use it.

(Or you're in nullsec but you would fail to use your power if you lived in highsec because you don't appreciate that this sort of play is fairly cerebral.)
