Introduction
Eve Mutual Fund Inc (EMFI) was an active and very popular mutual fund. However, its CEO has not login in for a long long time. I am hoping that one day, the CEO will login and transfer the assets to BSAC for liquidation. In the mean time, most people beleive EMFI shares have no value. However, this is not true.

EMFI has a significat investment in AATP, BMBE, and BSAC. Accoding to the last reprot, EMFI had vested:
1,635,674 AATP shares - Ray could verify
170 BMBE shares - TornSoul could verify
210,000 BSAMR shares
30,241 BSAMT shares
19,800 BSAC shares

That comes to about to 99,477,660,384.10 ISK, which is held by Ray, TornSoul, and myself.


Issue
What to do with EMFI?
EMFI is mostly composed of BSAC, AATP, and BMBE shares. I believe the remaining shares in the Fund's portfolio are worthless. The main problem with processing a proxy liquidation is that we don't know who the shareholders are. For that reason, I have been encouraging people to register their shares. With AATP buyout in progress, it will make sense for the Exchange to take over EMFI and start some form of dividend payments.

Therefore, I strongly recommend EMFI shareholders to register their shares with the Exchange or risk missing out on future dividend payments.

proxy management. Accoding to the last reprot, EMFI had vested:
