With all due respect, the "personal attacks" were bound to begin occurring when the original poster opened with the language he chose to use.

I would rather we not try again, this thread is not productive.

Eh, I'll be magnanimous.

Genetically (I think) I am Amarrian. Historically I am Amarrian. I ceased to be Amarrian when I lost my faith and joined Sansha's Nation. I am as opposed to the State as I am the rest of the CONCORD signatories (well, no. Technically I oppose the Gallente more than the others out of a personal distaste for how you do business, but it's really a matter of degrees).

Edit the second: How do you know I even still have blood? Woefully inefficient stuff...

Actually, I tend to care less for the entire cluster than I do about just making sure my particular corner of it is safe from the rest of you. I am not a evangelist, Seriphyn, as the numerous friends that I have outside of Nation will tell you. I am an advocate of live and let live, except where threats are proven to exist.

Just because two groups of capsuleers are allowed to shoot each other without being wrist-slapped by Concord is enough for the Empires to be at war? I think you overestimate our own importance in this case.

I also contend that in an official state of war, I as a soldier for the Empire, should not be penalized as an individualy for shooting at Gallente Federation vessels. However, this is not the case, and if this current conflict ends or if I leave the militia, I will be considered an outlaw by the Gallente Federation even though what I've done should fall within the rules of war.

No nation has ever held a soldier personally responsible for deathsor destruction caused by him in the course of war, however the Gallente Federation does hold me responsible, ergo, this cannot be a true war.

In short, it is my contention that the capsuleer militias are at war, but the Amarr Empire and Gallente Federation are not.
