Both have good PI, but seeing as neither can fly more than a t1 hauler those prices are too high.

Fair enough, Good luck and I hope you find what you are looking for. I feel they are fairly priced, and as I have sold around 20 of them with the same skills for the same price, the market bears the price.

These are my last two unless I decide to close down my PI operation all together. But with Robotics trading around 80k in Jita it may be time to do that again.
