With 30m you could go for some ammo or frigate BPOs. I'd go for ammo, as you can buy a fair number in this amount.

Best to go with ammo that you know is in demand (e.g kinetic damage missiles).

You could also consider other BPOs, but not all T1 items/BPOs are in demand, thus safer to stick with ammo or ships.

Any colour you like.

Is there a spreadsheet template around to use for figuring costs and stuff for each of my commodities per run? I just know I am probably not being nearly efficient enough.

Ask your corp or alliance for a spreadsheet, or you could google or check the science & industry forums.

Yeah this has proven a very valuable tool. Allows me to at least feel like I am doing some numbers crunching properly heh
