Best guess is this Tengu pilot forgot he was in high sec.... Doh!

To be fair, the fitting on that Tengu is full of win.

-A point AND a stab on the same ship.
-A T1, meta 0 ballistic control system on a Tengu.
-Active shield tanked, with a CDFE rig.

It's funny how people do whatever it takes to glom onto a KM, but when someone happens to do the same thing on a CONCORD kill, it's bad... Lol

Seeing as how "pro and isk efficient" pirate killboards don't even account for concorded losses through suicide, it is fairly hypocritical. Or something.

Hey, 72 points of damage and counting before CONCORD interfered. I like to think that battle barge would have worn the Tengu down eventually. Miners are very patient.
